We are currently seeking a Project Superintendent for our Federal Division in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Responsibilities

• Manage field operations
• Create and manage project schedule
• Coordinate subcontracts, drawings, and specifications
• Establish budgets and control costs
• Identify and eliminate cost variances
• Identify project risks and mitigate them
• Communicate quality standards to subcontractors and vendors
• Conduct quality control inspections
• Follow safety programs, laws, and OSHA standards
• Manage jobsite cleanliness
• Prepare daily time cards and logs

Qualifications

• High School diploma
• 6+ years of experience
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Relocation may be required for some roles
• Salary Range: $134,000 - $200,000/year
