Base Pay Range

$50,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Position Overview

This is a work-from-home sales position. We offer training for both experienced and new sales professionals, as well as part-time opportunities for referring agents.

Responsibilities

1. Help protect families financially through various insurance and financial planning products.
2. Follow up with potential clients and schedule appointments, either in person or via video chat.
3. Assist clients in selecting appropriate protection plans.
4. Complete electronic applications and follow-up paperwork.
5. Report sales activity to the home office.
6. Participate in ongoing sales training.
7. Note: No cold-calling or prospecting involved; leads are provided.

Qualifications

1. State Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain one (assistance available).
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the USA.
4. Pass criminal background check and drug screening.
5. Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
6. Ability to build rapport with clients.
7. Proficiency with smartphones, computers, and tablets with webcam.
8. Excellent communication skills.
9. Self-motivated.
