In the role of Architect, we'll count on you to:

  1. Evaluate, select, and apply standard architectural techniques, procedures, and criteria using judgment for minor adaptations and modifications.
  2. Perform assignments with specific objectives, requiring investigation of a limited set of variables.
  3. Follow instructions on specific assignment objectives, complex features, and possible solutions.
  4. Perform architectural assignments with direction, but without immediate supervision, and with limited design responsibility.
  5. Recommend and select procedures.
  6. Write reports and specifications covering architectural matters.
  7. Take responsibility for phases of individual revenue-producing projects as needed.
  8. Perform other duties as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Architecture
  • Experience in healthcare, educational, civic, science, and research facilities
  • Interest and/or experience in sustainable design/LEED
  • Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and 3-D Studio Max
  • Experience with Rhino and Grasshopper

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a closely related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience
  • Registered Architect
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and familiar with related tools and processes
  • Demonstrated graphic presentation skills

The salary range for this position is $76,073 - $108,675, depending on skills, experience, education, and location.
