This is a true WORK FROM HOME position for sales professionals. Whether you are experienced or new to sales, we provide training for all new agents.

Description

• Help protect families financially in case of critical illness or passing away.
• Assist families with information about our programs, which include Mortgage Protection, Final Expense Protection, Debt Elimination, and Retirement Planning.

Duties

• Follow up on responders sent into our office by potential clients and schedule appointments.
• Meet with families via phone, video chat, or in person to find suitable protection plans.
• Complete electronic applications and follow-up paperwork.
• Report performance metrics to the home office.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.
• Note: Our sales reps do NO Cold-Calling or Prospecting.
• This is a 100% commission-based, independent contractor (1099) position.

Qualifications

• State Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain one.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the USA.
• Pass criminal background check and drug screening.
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency with smartphone, computer, or iPad.
• Own cell phone and computer/tablet with webcam.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Self-motivated.
