Compensation Range: $50,000 - $95,000

This is a true WORK FROM HOME position for sales professionals. Whether you are experienced or new to sales, our training platform will help you succeed from your home office! We also offer a part-time platform for referring agents.

Job Description:

• Help protect families financially through Equity & Mortgage Protection, Debt Elimination, Infinite Banking, Final Expense, Retirement Planning, and Retirement Preparation.
• Assist families in finding suitable protection plans.
• Complete electronic applications and follow-up paperwork.
• Report your numbers to the home office.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.
• Note: Our sales reps do NOT cold call or prospect; we provide leads.
• This is a 100% commission, sole proprietor 1099 sales position.

Qualifications:

• State Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain one (we assist with discounted classes).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the USA.
• Pass criminal background check and drug screening.
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficient with smartphone, computer, and iPad.
• Own a computer or tablet with a webcam.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated.
