Reynolds Recycling, Hawaii's leader in the recycling industry, is looking for full-time Redemption Center Buyer to work at our Waiakamilo location at 1385 Colburn Street, Honolulu, Hawaii. We are a dynamic company who cares about our employees and customers.

Overview of position:

1. Supports the goals and objectives of the Company and in accordance with the Company's commitment to Total Customer Satisfaction, must have professional, service oriented attitude at all times.
2. Maintains regular attendance, adheres to schedule, reports to work on time, well groomed and wearing a clean uniform.
3. Safely and properly inspect and buy used beverage containers and scrap metal in compliance with State Law.
4. Maintain excellent customer service by providing quick, accurate, honest service and weights.
5. Must be able to calculate monetary exchange and write checks to reimburse for daily expenditures.
6. Remain open during all posted operating hours and until last customer leaves.
7. Keep site clean and maintain cleanliness at all times. Ensure signs are visible to customers.
8. Promote and protect Reynolds Recycling, Inc.'s (Reynolds) assets, property and funds.
9. Complete Daily paperwork as required.

Requirements:
• Must have reliable transportation
• Able to work in an outdoor environment
• Lift 40 lbs. consistently throughout the day.
• Work on weekdays, weekends and holidays between the hours of 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
• Satisfactory pre-employment background check, physical and drug test results.

Compensation:
• Starting pay is $14.00 an hour
