Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Responsibilities:

• Employ intelligence expertise to support Defense and National intelligence capabilities, integrating collection, analysis, and targeting into operational planning across the DoD.
• Assist in developing campaign plans, deliberate planning, crisis management, and time-sensitive planning per JOPES.
• Support red teaming and feasibility assessments within planning processes.
• Integrate Defense Intelligence capabilities to meet CCDR requirements and align support with operational objectives.
• Participate in IP Boards, Centers, Cells, and Working Groups to enhance global Defense Intelligence integration.

Positions available: Mid and Senior levels.

Qualifications:

• Senior: Master's degree + 12 years of experience OR Bachelor's + 17 years.
• Mid: Bachelor's degree + 8 years of experience.

• Experience as a planner at CCMD, Service Headquarters, or higher.
• Experience developing Annex B, OPORDs, PLANORDs, and supporting REDTEAMs, Partner Nation engagement.
• Familiarity with JOPES/APEX and CCMD planning processes.
• Ability to work in high OPTEMPO environments.

Highly Desired:

• Graduate certification in Strategic Intelligence (e.g., MSSI from NIU), advanced warfighting schools, JPME levels, JIP Tier 1.
• Attributes: confident, diligent, organized, strong planning, problem-solving, decision-making skills, adaptable under pressure.

Security Clearance:

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
