Work you'll do

  1. Help facilitate, observe, and evaluate DoD training objectives.
  2. Work with headquarters staff, document training outcomes, and ensure inputs to exercise summary reports and databases.
  3. Attend battle rhythm events as required and represent equities in these events.

Qualifications

Required:

  1. Bachelor's degree.
  2. Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
  3. Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility security clearance.
  4. Minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
  5. Knowledge of DoD Doctrine, Training Management, and Defense Readiness systems.
  6. Work location: Honolulu, Hawaii.

Preferred:

  1. Military experience in mission readiness, training analysis, and exercise design & delivery for U.S. military and joint forces.
  2. Deep expertise in Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) at the service or joint level.
  3. Experience as a military trainer or instructor.

Additional Information

The salary range for this role is estimated between $97,875 and $163,125, based on factors such as skills, experience, and organizational needs. Compensation decisions depend on individual circumstances. The role is onsite in Honolulu, Hawaii. Applicants may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive based on performance.
