We collaborate with community partners to support participants' basic needs, with ongoing growth and evolution of the program.QualificationsJob RequirementsAs a Government Site Specialist, you must have excellent interpersonal, communication, and tactful interaction skills with employees, community contacts, government officials, and participants. Sound judgment and even temperament are essential for dealing with the public. You will use your criminal justice, psychology, or social work background to develop and implement case management plans, using face-to-face meetings, electronic monitoring, and home visits to ensure compliance and attendance at court hearings.
