The Opportunity
The External Affairs Specialist position is an opportunity to contribute to AlohaCare's advocacy to advance the health and well-being of Hawaii's communities through its public policy, community giving and public relations programs. As Hawaii's only nonprofit safety net health plan, we act upon opportunities to better serve Hawaii's Medicaid and dual eligible Medicaid/Medicare beneficiaries, and the communities where they live, in partnership with the Hawaii Medicaid program and stakeholders who share our mission. We seek to optimize opportunities to communicate and share the value AlohaCare brings to our island home.
