Job Description

• Notify customers of alarms and issues with their systems
• Dispatch police, fire, or guard services as necessary
• Video monitoring
• Process inbound phone calls from customers and employees
• Accurately document events for historical records
• Answer inquiries by clarifying information, researching, locating, and providing information
• Resolve problems by researching issues, exploring answers, and alternative solutions
• Protect the integrity of Alert Alarm and their customers

Pay and Benefits
