Medical Insurance Call Center Representative - $20/hr - Weekly Pay - Start ASAP

Location: This position is fully in-person on Oahu.

Description

1. Assist customers promptly and accurately via phone interactions.
2. Maintain standards for quantity, timeliness, accuracy, and quality while responding to inquiries.
3. Research routine inquiries and apply basic analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve issues.
4. Manage inquiry inventory and coordinate with relevant departments.
5. Document and close customer interactions to resolve cases.
6. Collaborate with peers, management, and other departments to ensure accurate and quality resolutions, adhering to performance guidelines.
7. Serve customers through various channels, including written, online, in-person, or offline data and project work.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range is $19.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility for benefits depends on job classification and employment duration. Available benefits may include:
