Starting Pay: $50,000.00 per year

Position Summary Description:

Supervises by providing leadership, peer coaching on operational tasks, and reinforcing operational standards. Addresses customer service-related questions, ensures the department operates efficiently, and creates an atmosphere focused on delivering high-quality customer service and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure employees do the same; establish and maintain customer relationships to meet product and service needs.
  2. Set an example for others in all aspects of the service process, including introducing new products, developing customer solutions, and resolving discrepancies; ensure timely communication of issues to management.
  3. Manage sales and customer service activities and staff competence to optimize sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction; contribute ideas for improving service levels.
  4. Manage cash and payment systems according to company procedures, prioritizing staff and customer safety.
  5. Use the company's Mission/Vision Statements and Core Values as guiding principles.

Qualifications:

Education/Training and Experience:

  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, and/or
  • One year of supervisory experience; customer service or related work experience preferred;
  • At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the food industry.
