Tutor Perini Corporation is seeking a Project Controls Manager to join our Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) project in Honolulu, HI.

Tutor Perini is the general contractor for the HART City Center Guideway and Stations project. The scope of the approximately $1.66 billion contract includes the design and construction of six rail stations and approximately three miles of elevated rail guideway beginning just east of the Middle Street Transit Center Station and ending at the Civic Center Station, which will be located just east of the intersection of Halekauwila Street and South Street in downtown Honolulu. Project design is expected to begin immediately while construction is estimated to commence in the second half of 2025. Construction of this segment is expected to be substantially completed in 2030.

Description

As a Project Controls Manager at Tutor Perini Corp., reporting to the Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to:

• Manage the financial reporting, forecasting, change management and project administration.
• Produce and analyze job cost reports
• Analyze construction costs including production of cost reports and labor reports
• Administer contracts including documentation to support subcontracts, material contracts and owner progress estimates.
• Utilize Primavera P6 and Procore for project controls reporting
• Other duties as assigned by the project manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business administration, accounting and finance or similar field of study from an accredited institution.
• 7 or more years of project controls experience with an engineering or general contractor
• 7 or more years of experience with Primavera P6
• Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity
• Passion for safety, with the ability to help us ensure that nobody gets hurt
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals and objectives
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
