HR Specialist

Description:

Employment Type : Direct Hire - Full Time

Work Schedule : Monday-Friday 8hours / day

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
  • Process payroll and benefits administration for 100+ employees
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new hires
  • Handle employee relations issues and concerns with discretion
  • Assist with performance management processes
  • Coordinate training and development programs
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Process workers' compensation claims
  • Support HR initiatives and special projects as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
  • Experience with payroll processing
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations is preferred
