Are you passionate about helping students succeed and ensuring the smooth operation of academic programs? Join our team as a Registrar and Academics Coordinator, where you'll be the go-to expert guiding students through every step of the registration process—from verifying eligibility and advising on course selection, to collecting essential documentation. You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of student records, collaborating with faculty and staff to keep course schedules up to date, and providing top-notch support for all academic inquiries.
In this exciting position, you'll manage the entire graduation process, prepare vital transcripts and certificates, and drive improvements in our academic systems. You'll also dive into data—compiling reports and statistics that help shape the future of our programs—while working closely with other departments to ensure compliance and support our accreditation efforts. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education, Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience. Valid driver's license and current Hawai‘i auto insurance. Three (3) to five (5) years of administration or related field. Previous leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree. Experience in healthcare preferred.
