Duties Summary

The positions are located in the Personnel Office, Department of Land and Natural Resources. Minimum Qualification Requirements

To qualify, you must meet all of the following:

• Legal Authorization: Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident alien, or eligible for unrestricted employment under federal law.
• Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Experience: Two and a half years of professional human resources management experience, including recruitment, classification, and related functions. At least one year must be in recruitment & examination and position classification, demonstrating knowledge of trends, methods, evaluation, and advising on staffing and classification practices. This experience should be comparable to Human Resources Specialist III in the state service.
