Salary and Job Details

Salary: $41,000-$72,000 per year

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time & On-Call

Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekends as needed, on-call

Responsibilities

• Manage overall site operations
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and renovations
• Respond to resident inquiries and requests
• Conduct property inspections and ensure safety standards
• Foster community through events
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors
• Prepare budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-efficiency
• Enforce community rules
• Maintain records and documentation
• Prepare activity reports and participate in meetings

Minimum Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Minimum age 18, high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass drug and background checks
• Flexible, adaptable, team player

Preferred Qualifications

• Supervisory experience
• 2+ years in residential property management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and multi-task
• Customer service and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills
• College coursework in business, hospitality, or related fields
• Knowledge of building maintenance systems
