This is a true work-from-home position suitable for both experienced sales professionals and newcomers. Training is provided for all new agents.

Description

• Help protect families financially in cases of critical illness or death.
• Provide information about our programs, which are highly valued by the families we serve.
• Work in areas such as Mortgage Protection, Final Expense Protection, Debt Elimination, and Retirement Planning.

Duties

• Follow up with responders sent into our office by prospective clients and schedule appointments.
• Meet with families via in person, phone, or video chat to find suitable protection plans.
• Complete electronic applications and follow-up paperwork.
• Report your sales numbers to the home office.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.
• No cold-calling or prospecting required.
• This is a 100% commission-based, independent contractor (1099) position.

Qualifications

• State Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain one.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the USA.
• Pass criminal background check and drug screening.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency with smartphone, computer, or iPad.
• Own a cell phone and a computer/tablet with a webcam.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated.
