Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced civil engineer to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. The ideal candidate has over 10 years of design engineering experience and is eager to grow, collaborate, and innovate. The role involves civil site design for Federal clients across the U.S. and the Pacific, offering opportunities to expand knowledge across various markets and geographies. The candidate should be an independent self-starter.

Qualifications

• PE License preferred; if not held, the ability to obtain one soon is desirable.
• Over 10 years of related experience, preferably with federal DOD project design and knowledge of UFCs.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office.
• Experience mentoring junior staff is a plus.
• Strong team work, positive attitude, multi-tasking ability, and self-motivation are essential.
