Position Summary

As a Senior Information Security Professional, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the organization's information systems and data. This senior-level role is ideal for individuals passionate about cybersecurity with a solid understanding of security principles. Your initial focus will be on security operations, monitoring systems, detecting threats, and incident response. Ultimately, your primary responsibility will be leading departmental and enterprise-wide security projects. You will be a subject matter expert (SME) on critical Information Security controls, ensuring data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications/Experience

• At least 5 years of experience supporting and maintaining enterprise platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Certifications (recommended but not required):
• CompTIA Security+
• ISC2 CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
• ISC2 CCSP (Certified Cloud Security Professional)
• ISACA CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor)
• Familiarity with security tools and technologies.
• Proficiency in configuring and managing network devices and services.
• Intermediate skills in managing enterprise-level operating systems and hardware.
• Understanding of server, desktop, and application virtualization.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture, security, and best practices.
• Experience with disaster recovery planning.
• Skills in creating batch scripts and PowerShell for system maintenance.
• Understanding of SDLC processes and software release management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to automate processes, create reports, and design presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret complex technical instructions and handle multiple variables.
• Mathematical skills relevant to the role.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary Range

• Minimum: $76,438
• Maximum: $122,302
