Requirements:

• This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Counterintelligence (CI) Service elements and components on DoD 5240 policies.
• Provide linkage between the Combatant Commander (CCMD) and CI elements conducting activities in the USINDOPACOM Area of Responsibility.
• Assist in developing and implementing USINDOPACOM and Joint Staff's CI strategies and plans; integrate CI into planning, operations, exercises, and other activities.
• Identify and forward command resource requirements; coordinate CI support; oversee CI activities supporting CCMD headquarters and separated elements.
• Supervise, raise awareness, de-conflict, and coordinate CI activities and policies within CCMD AOR.

Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with 5 additional years of related senior experience (total 17 years) as a substitute for a Master's degree.
• Experience: Minimum 12 years related to the specific labor category, with recent experience within the last 2 years.

Desired Experience and Training:

• Prior JS/Joint/CCMD J2X experience.
• Experience supporting Service/Component CI requirements.
• CI policy development experience.
• Familiarity with CI operations (Defensive and Offensive).

Security Clearance:

• Active clearance required.
