We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead and execute a wide range of projects under the MIL-CON program, including new construction, repair, renovation, and maintenance for the US Navy, US Army, and US Air Force. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects from simple to complex, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and compliance with military standards.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Plan, design, and oversee construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure for military installations.
• Manage project development from conception through completion.
• Coordinate with military personnel and contractors to deliver projects that meet MIL-CON program requirements.
• Ensure project feasibility through analysis of technology, resource availability, and government regulations.
• Prepare, review, and update project reports and documentation.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and support staff.

EDUCATION/TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in civil engineering, with specific experience in military construction (MIL-CON).
• Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) design criteria and military construction standards.
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in diverse environments and adhere to strict security protocols.

LOCATION:Honolulu, HI

SALARY RANGE:$90,000 – $120,000 per year depending on experience
