Base pay range

$43,680.00/yr - $59,055.00/yr

Position Function:

The Product Management Analyst supports Product Managers with end-to-end processes for retail deposits, debit cards, and online/mobile banking. Responsibilities include data retrieval, analysis, market assessments, business case development, project management, and reporting.

Primary Accountabilities:

• Assist in data retrieval and reporting
• Develop data queries from sources like the Enterprise Data Warehouse, Touche (MCIF), and Encore Reporting
• Maintain and produce monthly reports on portfolio balances, new production, promotion results, etc.
• Provide insights and recommendations for reporting improvements
• Prepare professional presentations for Product Management

Product Responsibilities:

• Recommend new target markets and product enhancements
• Conduct financial analyses to support product efforts
• Assist with product reporting, compliance, and vendor management

Project Management:

• Support implementation of product changes, pricing, and promotions
• Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and stakeholders

Pricing and Promotion:

• Analyze market segments and product portfolios
• Conduct 'what if' analyses for pricing decisions
• Support promotional activities in coordination with Marketing and Compliance

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: H.S. Diploma required; Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related preferred.

Experience: 3+ years in Product Management, Finance, Accounting, or Project Management; entry-level experience in project management and financial analysis also relevant.

Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Physical & Working Conditions:

Flexible hours, light physical work, ability to operate office equipment, and effective communication skills required.
