The Honolulu Board of Water Supply (BWS), Capital Projects Division is hiring for a program manager to lead and administer the BWS's capital improvement program, including engineering, design, construction of waterworks projects, and the repair and replacement of structural facilities, pipelines, and equipment.

Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or eligible non-citizen under federal law.
Equivalent to a bachelor's degree in engineering from a regionally-accredited institution. Foreign degrees require evaluation and documentation.
Verification may be required, including submitting diplomas or transcripts.
Five years of professional engineering experience, with at least two years on waterworks projects, plus three years of administrative engineering experience.
Experience must demonstrate scope and responsibility comparable to a section/branch chief or higher.
Possession of a valid driver's license is also required.
