Base pay range

$54,234.00/yr - $70,504.00/yr

Position Function:

Under the general direction of the VP Design and Construction Manager, the Facilities Associate Project Manager administers the Bank's real estate strategy related to assigned bank properties, including managing design, planning, construction, and maintenance of buildings and bank branches. Responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, coordinating with vendors and internal departments, overseeing construction and maintenance, and managing related costs and contracts.

Primary Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate branch-related capital and maintenance projects.
  • Assist with the Properties Service Desk.
  • Obtain bids, prepare documentation, and complete projects within budget and timeframe.
  • Manage budgets, track expenditures, and ensure policy compliance.
  • Handle special projects and liaise with landlords and property management.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in construction.
  • 1+ years of facilities experience, including construction principles and contracts.
  • Preferred: understanding of accounting practices and budget development.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:

  • Ability to perform light physical work and operate standard office equipment.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read and understand bank-related documents.
  • Capability to work in an office setting and adapt to different environments.
