Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with minimal experience requirements.
• Department of Defense Top Secret security clearance is required at the time of hire.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory due to the nature of the work.

Responsibilities:

• Design and plan facility modifications using CAD, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
• Review and estimate design costs, including equipment, labor, and materials.
• Inspect construction and installation for conformance to drawings and schedules.
• Develop criteria and specifications for operational and safety requirements.
• Coordinate and implement facilities and environmental projects.
• Lead project teams and perform design analysis.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Problem-solving within moderate scope, exercising judgment within procedures.
• Ability to build productive relationships internally and externally.
• Experience with engineering design, AutoCAD, safety codes, and project management.
• Proactive and independent in handling assignments, with strong organizational skills.

Target salary range: USD $84,006 - $90,898 per year. The posting remains open until filled.
