Job Description:

The Front Desk Supervisor oversees front office staff, ensuring high standards of guest service. Responsibilities include scheduling staff, supervising shifts, handling guest complaints and requests, coordinating between departments, and conducting ongoing training. Supervisors also manage convenience store inventory, stock the store, maintain airport shuttle cleanliness, cover front desk shifts, and perform basic maintenance duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License
• 1-2 years supervisory experience in hotel or restaurant settings
• Training and mentoring skills with the ability to assess and adapt employee training
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay ranges from $18 to $21, depending on experience.
