BACKGROUND PROFILE:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager with a deep specialization in sheet metal to lead complex projects in our Oahu, Hawaii operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project delivery, strong leadership abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of sheet metal systems and installation.

EXPERTISE IN:

• Oversee all aspects of sheet metal project management from pre-construction to final completion.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead and mentor project teams, including subcontractors and trade partners.
• Ensure adherence to project scope, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Manage project changes and coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address challenges.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of estimating and bidding processes.

EXPOSURE TO:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in sheet metal project management.
• In-depth knowledge of sheet metal systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Certifications in project management or construction management.
• Experience in project management software or tools.

Base Salary:

• USD200-300K/year
