US Vietnam Talent International School is seeking the Kindergarten Academic Coordinator for our Thao Dien campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering inspiring lessons and promoting a student-centered environment that nurtures UTS‘s 6 Core Values: Integrity, Respect, Courage, Contribution, Lifelong Learning, and Creativity.

A. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

ACADEMIC MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT

1. Design and implement teaching programs.
2. Lead teachers in designing high-quality ESL activities to ensure student success.
3. Conduct regular academic supervision – evaluate and improve English programs.
4. Manage teacher schedules, workloads, and classroom performance.
5. Provide professional development training and coaching to teachers.
6. Act as interpreter and mediator in parent meetings, consultations, and conferences.

SCHOOL OPERATIONS, EVENTS AND MARKETING SUPPORT

1. Coordinate and support student events, field trips, and open days.
2. Collaborate with the Marketing team to provide content and academic highlights.
3. Participate in school expansion projects and other internal initiatives.
4. Maintain all internal and external communication related to academics (especially with parents).
5. Build a strong and supportive community between school and parents.
6. Liaise with government education departments for documentation and inspection visits.
7. Organize student field trips and events.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by Line Manager.

B. JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, English Language Teaching, Educational Management, or related fields.
2. At least 3 years of working experience in education, including 1–2 years in a coordinating, managing, or leadership role.
3. Proficient in office computer skills.
4. Fluent in English (equivalent to IELTS 7.00), able to communicate confidently with foreign teachers and parents.
5. Strong verbal and written communication; able to build relationships with teachers, parents, and students.
6. Ability to lead a team of teachers and resolve academic or operational issues efficiently.
7. Experience in organizing teacher training and academic workshops.
8. Quick adaptability and flexibility.
