What You'll Do:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements for commercial properties
• Manage budgets, cash projections, and common area maintenance (CAM) reconciliations
• Ensure accurate accounting records and work closely with property managers
• Help drive financial success for a portfolio of 35 commercial properties

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of accounting/financial experience
• Strong understanding of cash projections & financial statements
• Stability in previous roles
• Bonus points for property accounting and Yardi experience!
