SALES SPECIALIST, CHEFZONE

Pay range: $51,000 to $67,000 annual

Position Summary Description:

Compiles list of prospective customers to use as sales leads, based on internal monthly sales report, new business applications and other sources. Share benefits of ChefZone products and services. Introduces new products, develops customer solutions, and builds customer traffic. Maintains customer relationships and provides follow-up to accommodate product and service needs with the goal of increasing Kulia members and overall profitability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Identify new business shoppers, inquire about product needs, and provide product solutions with the goal of increasing average customer spend.
  2. Introduce new products, develop customer solutions, and build customer traffic at ChefZone.
  3. Follow up with assigned accounts with the goal of increasing growth & Kulia conversions.
  4. Review menu and market analysis to determine customer needs and volume potential for products and services.
  5. Maintain customer relationships and provide timely follow-up to accommodate product and service needs, over the phone, via text or in person.
  6. Create order guides for assigned Kulia members.
  7. Plan and execute weekly in-store demos and product knowledge sessions.
  8. Follow up with all in-store returns/customers complaints by following customer complaints form (CCF) procedure.

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Comply with HAACP Plan guidelines and protocols.
  2. Protect and develop the company's brands via PR activities and intellectual property management.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that employees also provide the same level of service.
  4. Occasionally assist on the registers and/or retrieve carts as needed.
  5. Perform all other duties as assigned.
  6. Use the Company's Mission/Vision Statements and Core Values as guiding principles.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent experience. Three years of sales experience, preferably in the foodservice industry. Management or supervisory experience a plus.
