• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the home care agency
• Ensure adherence to state regulations, licensing requirements, and internal operational protocols
• Supervise caregiver scheduling, service coordination, and staff assignments
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation for clients, caregivers, and agency operations in accordance with legal and agency standards
• Partner with executive leadership to drive process improvements, policy development, and growth initiatives
