Key Responsibilities

  • Configure, maintain, and update the LMS, ensuring seamless functionality, integration, and security with other systems.
  • Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions to facilitate effective platform use.
  • Upload, organize, and maintain training materials, ensuring compliance with SCORM and xAPI standards.
  • Track training completions, generate insightful reports, and support audits.
  • Assist employees with troubleshooting and provide guidance on effectively using the LMS.
  • Identify and implement system improvements to enhance learning experiences and employee engagement.
  • Provide support to Training & Development as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Education Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in LMS administration or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of LMS platforms.
  • Proficiency in SCORM/xAPI standards and content management tools.
  • Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work across departments.

The compensation will vary based on experience ranging between $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
