Job Location: HonoluluCompensation: OPEN
Employment Type: Direct Hire - Full TimeWork Schedule: Monday-Friday 8hours/day

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
  2. Process payroll and benefits administration for 100+ employees
  3. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  4. Support onboarding and orientation for new hires
  5. Handle employee relations issues and concerns with discretion
  6. Assist with performance management processes
  7. Coordinate training and development programs
  8. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  9. Process workers' compensation claims
  10. Support HR initiatives and special projects as needed


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years of HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
  • Experience with payroll processing
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations is preferred
