Are you passionate about working with children and eager to use your leadership skills in a fun, dynamic setting? Join Kama‘aina Kids, Hawaii's largest locally owned childcare provider, as a Site Coordinator in our After School Program in Honolulu, HI! (Voyager Elementary A+)

What You'll Do:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the program.
• Provide leadership and support to staff while creating a positive, engaging environment for children.
• Help children unwind after school with snacks and fun activities.
• Assist with homework and lead exciting STEM adventures.
• Inspire creativity with cooking and craft activities.
• Supervise outdoor games and sports.
• Build relationships with families and ensure program quality.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with children (formal or informal, such as coaching or volunteer work).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A passion for creating a fun, supportive environment for kids.
• Experience in a supervisory role within a child care or education environment is appreciated.
