General Purpose of Job: This position will provide subject matter expertise and direction on complex supervisory issues and projects/initiatives for their assigned area(s) of responsibility. They will provide supervisory direction and design complex plans for their assigned area(s) of responsibility. They will also conduct complex reviews and risk analysis to monitor the effectiveness of plans.

What you'll be doing:

  1. Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for assigned area(s) of responsibility, assesses the impact, and collaborates with senior management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
  2. Directs and enhances organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives within assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  3. Identifies and directs the implementation of process improvements that significantly improve quality across the team, department and/or business unit for their assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  4. Provides subject matter expertise to team members and applicable internal/external stakeholders on complex assignments/projects for their assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  5. Provides direction on complex assignments, projects, and/or initiatives to build and enhance the capability of their assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  6. Identifies complex risks and develops/recommends remediation plans.
  7. Prepares complex responses to regulatory inquiries for their assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  8. Prepares complex responses for audit inquiries for their assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  9. Obtains input from management as appropriate before making internal/external statements or providing information that could impact the corporation.
  10. Manages, conducts and/or participates in complex projects for their assigned area(s).
  11. Provides effective and open communication with internal/external stakeholders to ensure transparency and consistency of compliance actions.
  12. Communicates and may prepare complex communications concerning new or updated policies or industry rules and regulations.
  13. Analyzes, reviews and develops complex remediation solutions for identified issues to ensure appropriate accountability of internal stakeholders and appropriate escalation of issues.
  14. Collaborates with appropriate stakeholders to ensure action plans capture and remediate the deficiencies found during reviews/audits for assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  15. May provide ongoing complex review of all related marketing, product, service, and/or sales materials.
  16. Prepares, updates and/or files applicable complex reports, forms, and/or contracts for their assigned area(s) of responsibility.
  17. Directs, oversees, and drives the culture of Supervision within the division.
  18. Responsible for supervisory visits and the proper enforcement of heightened supervision plans.
  19. Directs day-to-day supervisory business items and on-boarding.

What we're looking for:

  1. 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) (Minimum Required)
  2. 5 – 7+ Years experience in compliance that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position (Required)
  3. Ability to read, analyze and interpret both internal and external documents such as general media/publications, professional journals, technical procedures, governmental regulations, policies, proposals, and standard operating procedures.
  4. Confident, comfortable communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Strong presentation skills with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of management through clear, informed and logical discussions/presentations.
  6. Ability to analyze complex information and to evaluate the implications of a course of action or solution.
  7. Demonstrated strong relationship management skills with internal clients (e.g. senior management, peers and colleagues); proven ability to develop creative and collaborative approaches.
  8. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  9. Successfully completes regulatory and job training requirements.

Pay Range: The pay range for this position is $93,300 - $169,700 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law.
