Aloha! Four Seasons Resorts Lana'i is seeking a Director of Banquets.

JOIN OUR 'OHANA

The Director of Banquets oversees all facets of the Banquets Department. They are involved in the planning, set-up, execution and breakdown of events in the Resort. From ensuring the proper set up of function rooms to assisting in the hiring, training, supervising and performance management of the staff, the Banquet Manager takes a hands-on approach while ensuring the Banquet team is meeting all Four Seasons Standards.

We are looking for individuals who have a thorough knowledge of guest service and banquets/catering. They must possess excellent leadership skills and strong interpersonal skills. Candidates must have 2-3 years of experience managing a high-volume banquet operation and have an excellent ability to handle high profile customers under pressure and with an extremely high level of professionalism.

Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
