  • Annual Salary Range: $43,000 - $49,000 (depending on experience)
  • Full-Time: 7:30 am – 4:30, Monday – Friday (Flexible hours available)

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor's degree
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Communication, or equivalent years of experience
  • Must be able to submit to a pre-employment screening
  • Valid U.S. driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Two plus years Medicaid or medical insurance experience
  • Three or more years in Customer Service
  • Self-motivated with an outgoing, positive, energetic attitude
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite to create presentations
  • Possesses excellent public speaking, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, manage time and workload effectively with situation to detail
  • Ability to adapt to and incorporate new technologies, analyze new situations and apply problem-solving skills
  • Must be willing to travel (25%)

Summary:

As a Medicaid Field Representative & Trainer, you will be working on-site providing outreach to the Medicaid provider community. This is a great opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career. The field representative & trainer is the primary escalation point for provider relations high-level concerns as requested by the Provider Relations Manager or by State Clients.

As a Medicaid Field Representative & Trainer, you will be responsible for:

  • Provide outreach and face-to-face support to the Hawaii Medicaid Provider Community
  • Develop and facilitate education for the provider population
  • Attend provider or client meetings by requests
  • Work with providers to resolve claim issues, including troubleshooting electronic transmission.
  • Plan and facilitate training provider relations department
  • Additional tasks as assigned

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated pay for this role is $20.00 - $23.00 per hour range depending on experience.
