Positions in this series are accountable for all aspects of a project, ensuring that all products identified in the project scope are delivered on time and within budget. Positions also perform other related administrative duties such as managing the project budget, developing and monitoring contracts, and creating status reports.Level II in the Project Manager series reflects one or a combination of two general types:A full supervisor over a unit or team of lower-level positions engaged in the performance of professional project management work.A senior project manager responsible for planning, organizing, managing, implementing, and evaluating one or more projects concurrently.
