Job Summary:

The Call Center Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. This role involves providing excellent customer service and support through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support: Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
• Documentation: Record and update customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system.
• Feedback: Gather customer feedback and relay it to relevant departments for continuous improvement.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless customer service.
• Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.

Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in relevant software applications
• Friendly and approachable demeanor

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
