First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking for Retail Sales Manager to join our Retail Planning Division Team. As a Retail Sales Manager, you will responsible for driving the Bank's growth and profitability by leading and managing retail sales efforts. This role will oversee and promote the adoption of proactive sales tools, programs and initiatives that generate business activity, enhance customer service, and strengthen client relationships.

Hours:

Monday - Friday day 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Work hours may vary)

Compensation:

The annual salary range for this role is $105k-$168k/year; commensurate with experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, related discipline, or equivalent experience such as seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in Retail Banking Sales required
  • 5 years of experience in sales management within a financial services organization with multiple product lines and demonstrated sales achievement required
  • Must be highly qualified in sales planning and development, motivating people, training in sales techniques, coaching, goal setting and measurement, establishing rewards, recognition and incentives preferred
  • Must be an effective public speaker, capable of addressing audiences of all sizes. High profile within organization with much interaction with line bankers and varying levels of management in all bank areas preferred
  • Retail sales experience preferred
  • Proactive, innovative, and highly adaptable
  • Possesses strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide Teams
  • Adept at coordinating and leading group projects to successful completion
  • Effective time management with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Skilled in planning, organizing, and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Thrives in high-pressure, fast-paced environments with competing deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experienced in vendor management to ensure adherence to performance standards
  • Highly proficient in Salesforce CRM, Tableau, ThoughtSpot, and Gitlab
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft 365 suite of applications
  • Able to exercise discretion regarding confidential matters
