Job Summary:
Under general oversight, the RevOps Manager assists ComplyAuto to achieve its revenue goals by analyzing data, developing strategies and processes, and improving operational efficiency. Work is reviewed by the CFO for achieved results.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Help Drive Revenue Growth: Identify and execute strategies that optimize revenue streams, improve pipeline velocity, and increase conversion rates.
- Achieve Data-Driven Decision Making: Establish a robust framework for tracking, analyzing, and reporting key revenue metrics, enabling leadership to make informed decisions.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales and customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Optimize Technology Stack: Ensure the CRM (Hubspot) and associated tools are fully optimized, integrated, and utilized to support meeting company revenue targets.
- Technology Stack: Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Hubspot and adjacent revenue tools, while driving decisions to alter/add to our revenue technology stack.
- Technology Integration: Work with various tools and platforms to optimize workflow and enhance data accuracy, including HubSpot CRM and accounting & billing systems.
- Revenue Tracking Optimization: Collaborate with the sales team, accounting department, and development personnel to streamline processes, ensuring accurate tracking of revenue, billing, and account set-up.
- Project Management: Strong track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, from inception, through team alignment and execution.
- Commission Calculation: Along with sales leadership, calculate monthly sales commission for the sales team. Additionally, work with the finance team to calculate revenue share with partner organizations.
- Reporting and Metrics: Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights into revenue performance and guide strategic decision-making.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align processes and enhance reporting.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in revenue operations to propose and implement innovative strategies.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; or 5-7 years of experience in Revenue operations or similar combined experience; or any combination of education, experience, and training which provides the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong experience with HubSpot CRM required; experience with data analysis within hubspot required.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, managers, and customers. Ability to simplify financial concepts and information so that it is easily understood by non-financial people.
- Strong organizational skills demonstrated across a range of processes and procedures and ability to proactively plan work tasks/schedules to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Ability to rely on experience, knowledge, and judgment to perform with limited supervision or direction.
- Ability to gather and analyze facts, define problems, draw proper conclusions, and suggest solutions to resolve issues.
- Proven ability to consistently perform duties with integrity, effectiveness, efficiency, and at the highest level of professionalism. Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and employee financial and private information.
- Demonstrated self-starter with personal initiative, motivation, creative and curious mindset, with resilience.
- Ability to maintain regular and timely attendance and travel domestically up to 5%.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships and successfully interact with people at all management and support levels, within and outside the organization.
- A passion for learning new technologies and staying up-to-date with industry trends is preferred.
