In this role, you will:Deliver the required products/outcomes for each project, phase, or stageEnsure quality is achieved as plannedDeliver projects to time and cost within agreed tolerancesManage the people, work, and resources involvedEstablish and update plans with actual forecastsManage deviations from the planReport to respective stakeholdersEscalate decisions and unresolved issuesConclude the work upon completion or premature cessationLiase with the project's identified business champion (customer)Ensure all project requirements and/or objectives are properly documented in a business case and/or project brief, as appropriate, and vigorously pursuedEstablish or confirm guidelines as applicable to the projectObtain and manage all necessary services and competent staff for the projectEnsure timely activity, integration, productivity, and efficient use of resources to meet requirementsFacilitate communication as appropriate to all involved and “manage” the stakeholder.Establish appropriate key success indicators and manage trade-offs between scope, quality, time, and costApprove or recommend all required commitmentsApprove all appropriate project expenditures with the assistance of assigned stakeholders and program managersTrack and report progress, including a realistic forecast of final target positions, using the tracking method sanctioned by the organization.Document, obtain approval, and track all changes in project parametersDocument all obstacles, delays, and claimsClose all project documentation and archive appropriate recordsPrepare and maintain project financial records, develop summary reports, and distribute them as neededAssist with project budget planning, including obtaining quotes, vendor negotiations, and submitting a purchase requestWork with the Executive team on the purchase request approval processAdhere to safety, confidentiality, compliance, and legal requirementsPerform other duties as assignedAll you need is:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Healthcare experience preferred.
