A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Construction Manager to help them manage complex reconstruction and renovation projects for existing buildings and new projects such as Solar PV and MEP at their Honolulu, HI office.Your Day Includes:Managing projects from start to finishInteracting with Developers and OwnersEnsuring the contractor follows project plans and timelineAssisting with due diligence of existing systems and recommending repairsMaintaining a good handle on construction and repair costs associated with mechanical workMust Haves:BSCE or BSSE 4 Year Degree3-5 Years in Construction Project ManagementRoofing/Waterproofing knowledgeIf you have the necessary qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
