Job Details

Functions and Responsibilities:

1. Performs but not limited to Asphalt Repairs, Seal Coating, Crack Filling, Striping by preparing vehicles, equipment, material, and supplies for requirement projects.
2. Prepares project areas for execution of project requirements to include but not limited to cleaning, landscaping, and roadway safety requirements.
3. Performs Warehouse operations to include but not limited to receiving company inventory, customer deliveries, and warehouse maintenance.
4. Performs Fleet Maintenance operations to include but not limited to delivering and picking up ordered parts, vehicle and equipment maintenance.
5. Performs Facility Maintenance to include but not limited to coordinating repairs with vendors, maintaining company permits, and building enhancements.
6. Assists G P Roadway Departments with assigned duties.
7. Assists Grace Pacific Companies with assigned duties.
8. Promotes awareness of and follows Company and general safety policies.
9. Exhibits a core understanding of mutual respect and good customer service orientation in interactions with all people in the workplace
10. Will be required to operate a company vehicle, forklift and other support equipment.
11. May be required to lift varying weight based on assigned duties/tasks.
12. Performs other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

Education High school diploma or equivalent.

Math Good mathematical skills to calculate and maintain proper count of equipment used/rented.

Reading Good reading and writing skills to comprehend and communicate written orders, instructions and technical information related to road closures and/or rentals.

Licenses Valid driver's license, favorable traffic abstract, and ability to meet DOT requirements for commercial vehicle drivers.

Other Ability to work flexible hours for a 24/7 operation and in all types of weather conditions.

Preferred or Desirable: be able to pass a background check for security clearances to military facilities.
