About the opportunitySWCA Environmental Consultants is seeking a Cultural Resources Staff Archaeologist to join our Hawai'i Cultural Resources Program to work on projects throughout the Hawaiian Islands. The position is basedon O'ahu. This is a non-exempt, hourly role and work is currently dependent upon project needs and candidate availability. We are looking for an archaeologist based on O'ahu, but willing to travel to the neighbor islands for fieldwork. Successful applicants must be able to conduct archaeological fieldwork including survey, test excavation, data recovery, and monitoring as well as assist with background research and report preparation.
