Datavant's Provider Vertical is primarily responsible for providing release of information services to our provider customers, enabling the fast, secure, and reliable delivery of medical records to authorized requesters. We are looking for an experienced healthcare professional to lead the quality assurance function for the business unit.
As the Quality Assurance Director for the Provider Vertical, you will lead the development and execution of our quality assurance strategy, ensuring that our operational processes meet the highest standards of accuracy, efficiency, and compliance. You will lead the QA team to monitor and evaluate quality trends, identify issues, and implement solutions. You will serve as the connective tissue between teams, collaborating cross-functionally with legal & compliance, product, engineering, and operations to optimize workflows, improve service quality, and mitigate risk.

The range posted is for a given job title, which can include multiple levels. Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job. This role is eligible for bonus/commission, and the range below is inclusive of those targets.
The estimated total cash compensation range for this role is:
$174,720—$200,880 USD
The estimated base salary range (not including bonus/commission) for this role is:
$145,600—$167,400 USD
