Attorneys - Transactional and Regulatory

Yamamoto Caliboso Hetherington, LLLC is seeking two lateral attorneys preferably with real estate, finance, and/or corporate law experience for the Transactional Attorneys position. Additionally, we are looking for a lateral attorney for our energy, telecommunications, water, and transportation regulatory practice group. Prior experience with regulatory law, administrative law, and/or commercial litigation is preferred.

Salary Information:

Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr. This range is provided by Yamamoto Caliboso Hetherington, LLLC. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Required Experience:

Overall years of related legal experience will be taken into consideration - Minimum 5-6 years of experience.
