Our client is a leading energy solutions provider currently seeking an experienced Regional Construction Manager to join their team in Honolulu, Hawaii. This is a direct hire, permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple federal construction projects
• Lead and mentor project teams
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and safety standards
• Manage project budgets and timelines
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 8+ years of construction management experience, with 5+ years in federal projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in construction management software and MS Office
